Support for youth cycling
The KaiVelo Foundation has raised over $250,000 in cash and equipment for local high school mountain bike teams. KaiVelo’s mission is to grow our fundraising efforts to make a significant impact, supporting organized youth cycling locally and across the country.
Support for women’s cycling
Monarch Racing, Presented by KaiVelo, is one of the only elite women's bicycle racing development teams in America. The team was founded by Helen Gilbert-Snyder. Monarch is dedicated to bringing more attention to women's cycling and getting women athletes out there racing.
A passion for bicycle racing
KaiVelo maintains a master’s racing team that creates visibility for its mission and promotes excitement about bike racing. The race team aims to inspire people to lead a healthy lifestyle, dedicate themselves to sports, achieve their best, and win.
Effecting Change Through Bicycle Racing
All donations are tax-deductible. The KaiVelo Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations go directly to grassroots efforts like Get Kids on Bikes.
To date, we’ve raised $250,000 in equipment and support for local East Bay mountain bike teams at Berkeley High School, El Cerrito High School, Albany High School, plus the Oakland and the Richmond composite teams.
